Added 2022-10-06 02:05:27 +0000 UTCdance has always been such a large passion of mine. i danced ballet for 6 years along with horse back riding. my mom gave me a choice when things got hard for us…horses or ballet? obviously i chose horses, but i still wonder who and where i would be if chose dance. not that i dislike my current trajectory. just a mental journey i like to take from time to time. there is this form of dance called “vogueing” it’s from the bathroom queer scene in the 80s. i’m OBSESSED! i’ve been teaching myself how to do all of their fabulous moves and one of my smaller silly goals is to perform at a ball. there are 5 elements of vogue…catwalk, hands, spins + dips, duck walks and floor performance. the duck walk is my fav and also the most difficult to master😂🤦🏻♀️
