I have had a big battle with my mind for the past month. I’ve actually been seeing a hypnotherapist which a lot of you won’t know. My whole life has been so tunnel vision on swimming other aspects of my life have not had any attention and fallen without me knowing. I didn’t even want to swim this final as I was so anxious but I got it done and I’m so happy. I am going to be taking a break from swimming for a bit to focus on building the aspects of my life I forgot about. 🤍 I will definitely be back though!
