Some days you’re going to be tired, sore, in pain from a previous training session, mentally just beat down. Those are just excuses your mind is telling you, and trying to convince you to stay home and relax. Don’t listen to it. Don’t take the easy route. Take control of your on mind and get after it. You’ll feel better that you did 💯 I’m tired, sore and hurtin from the waist down, so I worked some shoulders and arms. You can always do something!
