I challenge you the next time you buy groceries to really pay attention to what’s in the ingredients (if it has an ingredient list at all it’s probably not that good for you) My friend had posted a Jimmy dean breakfast bowl she was eating so I looked up the ingredients and BHT kept popping up several times in the ingredient list. AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THIS LIST IT TO THE CONSUMER ON THE INGREDIENT LIST 🤯🤯🤯 wtf right?! NEWS FLASH WE ARE ANIMALS! Even if it takes a little more time to prep things yourself and cut them up and what not I really challenge you to be smarter about the things you put in your body. We are only on this earth for a short amount of time and these chemicals and FOOD LIKE (I call poison) substances we put in our body can really change our dna all up and even cause issue with the way our brain thinks and how our bodies move!
