Good morning 😍😍😍 I was so excited to wake up early and hit the gym!!! I got deadlifts in (1X10/1X8/2X3/1X2) then box jumps 4 sets of 8 with a 40 second break in between and then finished with elevated heel squats superset with single leg KB RDLS 😍 got those endorphins going!!!!
