May is my absolute favorite month in Ireland; as we pass our frost dates, spring climbs into summer with a such a frenzied speed that it's hard to keep up with. The trees are freshly leafed out, the foxgloves begin to bloom, and my hay-fever isn't yet a problem so I can spend all the time in nature my little heart desires 😍
