Yoga has been a mainstay in my life ever since I discovered it in high school. My first experience with it was from an old VHS tape filmed in the 90’s. It was so clunky, yet I was instantly attracted to it.
Movement, meditation, and breath work, all in one workout? Sign me up.
Now I evangelize yoga to anyone who will listen. When Rae visited me in FL, she really wanted to do a flow with me, and this was the result. 🥰
