Idk how to tell y’all this but in April I kinda slacked on my weight training a little 😩 I didn’t take any weeks totally off but I went from 4-5 days to 1-2 days for like 2.5 weeks in a row, last week I made it 3 times and I’m proud of myself! All that to say that between my birthday, monthly anniversary w/ my partner, and a couple family events I think my weight is redistributing a little 😂

As far as I know I weigh about the same, but my waist is 1-2 inches bigger and hips are about 1 inch bigger. During the first 2.5 months of bbl recovery I was very consistent about sleeping in my compression garment which puts pressure on my waist and back, and little to no compression on my butt and hips so when i gained it went pretty much all there. I have been VERY LAX about sleeping in my garment the last month and I’m starting to see weight come back to my waist and lower back 😂 the last few weeks I wear it 2-3 nights a week instead of 5 or 6.

On the bright side I will have more fat there for when I have my round 2 bbl/fat transfer to lower belly!! Woohoo. I was legit shocked when I measured my stomach tonight and it was almost 40 inches, that’s way way bigger than it is when it’s empty 🤯🤯 im gonna sleep in my garment more because i want more fat to go to my butt again, but I don’t think my waist and back will get any smaller since my weight is being maintained. Oops hehe ☺️
