I managed to avoid getting sick all winter with my healthy immune system!! Even being around people who caught that wicked flu that went around.
But being in my lutheal phase this week must have weakened my immune system just in time for me to catch something somewhere ☹️
Im really good at taking care of myself though, so I’m just prioritizing all the things to give my body the best chance at recovering. Water, medicine, and rest.
I have one more video to edit and send out so I’m just going to work on that today and won’t force myself to do any new filming/ content until I’m better!
