I wanna thank you all for sticking around and being so patient with me 🥺 I’ve spent all of today unpacking, had to do a big food shop 😂, got back to the gym, so thankful to be back into routine ❤️ I’m just letting you know that tomorrow I have a full day of work ☹️ but after that I have the weekend free and I’m gonna be trying my best to spend all day getting back to you all so I promise I haven’t gone anywhere, I’ve just been so so busy and don’t worry, I’ll be replying soon ❤️ just remember you get the grace of talking to me and not a bot 🥺

Returning back to content I know a ton of you love my abs and wanna see a ton of content of my abs but I’m just letting you know that I definitely enjoyed a lot of food on holiday and I’m not feeling 100% so I’m sorry if I don’t feel the most confident or the abs don’t look the most defined but I’ll be getting back to my normal eating and gym as soon as I can and hopefully back into shape ❤️
