I’m about two weeks post show still showing vascularity in my hamstrings and pretty much everywhere else. I’m still thinking about jumping into Worlds which is in 15 weeks. I would love to do it it’s just so expensive and I don’t have a sponsor so I pay for everything myself 😭 We’ll see. I might be able to swing it. If not I’ll wait until December to jump into another pro show and save Worlds for next year. So I was thinking… I get a lot of fitness and nutrition questions from you guys. Would anybody be interested in me writing them a meal plan and some workouts? I can also offer ongoing coaching. That’s basically what I do irl. I’m baaaaaack. Did you miss me? 😎 I flew in from my show yesterday and went promptly to bed lol. These shows are so fun but they’re exhausting! Here’s a compilation of my bikini and themewear rounds from both the morning and night shows. I placed 3rd which is not as high as I was expecting however once I got on stage it was pretty obvious that I was in the wrong category. With the amount of muscle I have and my stage conditioning I really should have competed in Figure. So I’m totally fine with it! I have also been invited to compete in Worlds this year which is in August…should I do it???

We are four days out 🙌🏻 I am tired but excited 😆 Here’s what my peak week has looked like so far. Days 1 and 2 we increased carbs and doubled water. Days 3(today) and 4 we pull back a bit on the carbs but still have more than normal. Water goes back to baseline. Days 5 and 6 carbs will depend on how I look but most likely I’ll increase them both days. Water goes down to half of normal intake. Sodium intake should remain steady all week and I’ve added a potassium supplement to prevent cramping. Im just doing a total body pump every day through Thursday. Very light weight, high reps. Just trying to get some fluid in the muscle. No more cardio. The end result SHOULD be that I look full and dry on show day (Saturday)🤞 How do you think I look? 🏆
