Certain trainers will disagree but I’ve always found that elevating your toes during a squat places additional emphasis on the muscles in the lower posterior chain aka the booty 😏 🍑

I was at the gym and saw a man start to approach me as I was doing reverse sumos on the power squat. Assuming he was walking over to try to start a conversation with me I put on my best ‘leave me alone’ face. When he gets close enough he looks around and leans in and whispers to me “there’s a hole in your pants.”
