A great place to start is WATER 💦 Aim to drink 2 - 2.5 litres in the first 10 hrs of your day and taking small sips will equal less trips to the bathroom. Pro Tip: Quality over Quantity! You don’t need to spend hours in the gym to see major results. 45 minutes is a great target but you need to keep track of your time. 30 sec to 1 min between sets. 10-20 reps x 2-3 sets. 2-3 exercises per body part. Use a weight you can control on the way down and focus on contracting the muscle on the way up.
