And stretch…. it’s such an important part of your exercise regime 🏋️♀️ I’ve had a nasty cold 🤧 now for over 2 weeks so I’ve been doing what I can when I feel up to it, but it sucks! One minute I feel like I’m getting over it and the next it’s back with a vengeance 😷 I was supposed to give 🩸 last week but I wasn’t allowed to as you need to have been well for 7 days before, so I put it off a week and now I still can’t do it this week. The next appointment now isn’t until May!
