** Okaii, I wanted to say a few things, that is not really like fun, and flirty talk.
I just wanna say thank you to all of you who over the last week has been patient with me during being sick.. I had a nasty cold that I’m finally getting over … if you know me.. I’m a big sad sack when I’m sick and it takes a lot out of me.. to top it off.. last week was the holidays, and this week I’ve been sick.. so I’ve been not so happy with my body.
A lot of you might not know and maybe you do if you follow me else where.. but I have body dysmorphia..and it’s a constant battle between me and the voice in my head that says “you look awful” so all the holiday treats, being sick and not working out to my best.. AND MY CODE RED COMING SOON NOW.. I’ve been so down on myself and my body.. and I always wanna be open with how I feel even on the not so great days..it’s been tough..
crazy enough being here has helped me so much, to love and accept the body I’m in and truly aim to take care of it 🖤 but like I said.. some days it can be hard but I wanted to continue to push those thoughts aside and do my best.
