[Lingerie Review] Wearing ‘A Princess called Meera’ from Rosamosario.... Bolero - Made to Measure - €745 Thong - Made to Measure - €275 Garter Trousers - Made to Measure - €1250 This set has been a dream set of mine since I began collecting lingerie. Their garments felt so out of reach for me at that time and even now this is my most indulgent lingerie purchase to date... having acquired it heavily discounted. I have purchased a few of their loungewear pieces over the years and have never been disappointed by any element of their garments. Although I am over the moon with the quality, fit and craftsmanship of these pieces, the customer service was very poor considering their luxury price point. The order took around two months for the date of purchase to arrive, which is more than fair for made to measure pieces, however the communication from the brand was very limited. I believe 1 out of 5 of my emails was responded to. It took about two weeks for them to let me know what sort of measurements they needed, and a further two weeks for them to confirm they had received those measurements. When I received the garments, 1/4 of the items were missing, and another of the garments was not what I ordered. They also do not accept PP so your purchase is not as covered in case something goes wrong. Overall I will continue to order from this brand, simply because there is no other brand that brings me the same joy and adoration for their design and craftsmanship. However, I'd say if you plan to order be prepared for 2 months+ waits, very little communication and perhaps some mishaps with your order, as I've heard from other customers similar experiences. For me personally, the frustration was worth the sparkles :)
