I'm at the instacare because I have a sore throat and ear infection. I also need advice. My guy friend wants to move into my basement apartment in a week. I feel like I should probably stop making out with him if he's living with me, especially if he brings other women over. I'd feel super sad if that happened. Ugh. I don't know what to do.

Fresh out of the shower. I spent all day with the guy from my date story. He did a lot of apologizing and I did a lot of telling him how wrong it was for lying. I didn't think he was nearly as hot as I used to because it was so unattractive to me what he did. He is pretty newly divorced and asked if he could look at my basement apartment and expressed interest in renting it. I could use the rental income. I know everyone is saying no, but I could use the money and he said he'd work on stuff around the house. Anytime he comes over he does projects around the house. Today he cleaned my grill and bbq'd burgers and pineapple for dinner, took Christmas lights off my house, sprayed a hornets nest. He's kinda handy. He said he would mow my lawn and reseed it, paint walls for me, work on house projects and I know he would because he always does. It gives me something to think about at least.

It's general conference weekend. I felt like there was a lot of emphasis on temples first session and eternal families. The temple is hard for me now that my ex husband is gay and we are divorced. Having that eternal family was everything to me. It's hard being in the church when you aren't married.
