Guys look at my body- this is all natural - 148 days of being clean, eating clean, and working out almost every single day! The 2nd picture was taken on december 5th, 2023 - which is 102 days ago (if my calculations are correct 🤓) I am so thankful for the progess I've been making and not having to live the way I used to. Wishing I was at the pool 😵💫 hope your week started off well! Mine hasn't, (only partly because I'm not by a pool 🤣) but that is okay because I have the tools to deal with setbacks or when things don't go my way now. I haven't really had many setbacks yet since I've started living this new way of life, this was my first real one. But I handled it well and learned It is okay when things don't go my way (I know, shocking a 27 year old doesn't know that lol) so really if I didn't have the setback, I wouldn't know I have the right tools to cope! So it's not all that bad 😁 thanks for reading this (I'm typing this while the videos process and upload haha) and I hope you have a great night and sleep tight and no bed bug bites 🐛🐜 and then wake up and have a great day!!! 🌅☀️
