It’s all about consistency. I challenge you the next time you buy groceries to really pay attention to what’s in the ingredients (if it has an ingredient list at all it’s probably not that good for you) My friend had posted a Jimmy dean breakfast bowl she was eating so I looked up the ingredients and BHT kept popping up several times in the ingredient list. Let me copy and paste the definition of BHT: “ Butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) is a chemical cousin to BHA that is also listed as “generally recognized as safe.” It, too, is added to food as a preservative. The two compounds act synergistically and are often used together. BHT is not a listed carcinogen, but some data have shown that it does cause cancer in animals.” “Generally Regarded As Safe” just means some random panel somewhere said ehhhhhh yeah it’s alright. AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THIS LIST IT TO THE CONSUMER ON THE INGREDIENT LIST 🤯🤯🤯 wtf right?! NEWS FLASH WE ARE ANIMALS! Even if it takes a little more time to prep things yourself and cut them up and what not I really challenge you to be smarter about the things you put in your body. We are only on this earth for a short amount of time and these chemicals and FOOD LIKE (I call poison) substances we put in our body can really change our dna all up and even cause issue with the way our brain thinks and how our bodies move! Take your life into your own hands!!!
